Resilience: Fitness for life

A resilient employee is more likely to stay motivated, calm, and solve problems amidst difficult times

Workshop

Why do you want resilient employees in the workplace?

The pre-pandemic world of work was already dynamic, unpredictable, and increasingly fast-paced. Enter a global pandemic and it’s as if these qualities were amplified. Employees had to adapt to new ways of working, new technologies, and new environments. Resulting in increased uncertainty and stress. Looking at the news headlines, it doesn’t look like the challenges of the 21st century are becoming less.

The power skill that has quickly become invaluable for anyone in this new world of work is resilience.

A resilient employee is more likely to stay motivated, calm, and solve problems amidst difficult times. They have a growth mindset and will seek out learning opportunities – which help them adapt to changes.

Resilient workers are also less susceptible to burnout, they experience better mental health, are less absent, and generally perform better than their colleagues who are not resilient.

Building a resilient workforce

Resilient employees contribute to organisational resilience, which in turn nurtures a culture of resilience. Giving your teams the tools and resources to develop their resilience will have a ripple effect on your organisation.

We offer bespoke resilience workshops catered to your company or organisation (see form on the right)

You can also join us on one of our open workshops to see it for yourself (register on the right).
